The establishment will make every effort to accommodate modification requests (dates or accommodation) subject to availability. If you wish to change or postpone your stay, depending on availability, or transfer it to someone you know, additional fees may apply. Any cancelation must be notified by mail and cancelation fees will be as followed :
To activate the cancellation insurance, the full balance of the stay must be paid, along with the cancellation insurance.
Amounts withheld may be refunded by the cancellation insurance, provided it was taken out at the time of booking (see cancellation conditions).
All amounts paid will be fully refunded. The host also commits to offering equivalent stay options in other accommodations.
It is strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
