Your holiday booking will be valid as soon as you have completed your registration on our Residence website and paid a 25% deposit .The balance of your stay is to be paid on the day of your arrival.Your booking confirmation will arrive by mail.
Your reservation implies that you accept our general and specific conditions of renting
We regret to inform you that you will not have a withdrawal right,in accordance with article L 121-21-8 of the consumer code which determines the provision of accomodation services related to a length of stay
the tenant books for a limited length of stay and will not be allowed to stay beyond that date.
You may pay by card or bank transfer.It will be covered by payment protection and redirected by Eviivo site.No application fee is required,only the holiday payment which includes tax.
Optional benefits that you may request as well as the tourist tax for people over 20 years of age (0,99 euros per night) are to be paid with the balance of the stay.
No deposit guarantee is required since the registration of your card serves as guarantee until the end of your stay.
In case you bring a pet,please notify us before coming or on the day of your arrival at the latest .An extra charge will be requested.
a)Cancelation by the tenant :
Any cancelation must be notified by mail and cancelation fees will be as followed :
If you have taken a cancelation insurance when booking, this cancelation insurance will only work when you have paid the balance of your stay and your cancelation fee.
b)Cancelation by the lodger :
In this case, the balance will be totally refunded and the lodger will have to find an equivalent service at another residence.
-The tenant is liable for all damage caused by the tenant and must be insured accordingly.
– The Edelweiss residence offers cancelation insurance and shortened stay insurance (related to Chapka insurance).
Insurance will take effect as long as you have paid the balance of your stay, previously stated.
