Don't forget to book your ski passes in advance and rent your ski equipment. Before skiing, warm-up exercises are very useful (your body will thank you!). And don't forget to follow the safety rules on the slopes, which are a must. In the mountains, you need to hydrate regularly. Whether you're with family, friends, as a couple or on your own, skiing should always be a pleasure, as long as you're well prepared before you go on holiday.
