All the sanitary precautions will be taken for this winter so that you can have an excellent and serene stay. Wearing a mask, hydroalcoholic gel and Plexiglas at the reception. Doors of the two common corridors will be blocked so as not to be touched. Cancellation Policy : Cancellation free of charge in case of illness upon presentation of a medical certificate. Cancellation free of charge in case of “Force Majeure”. Closure of the residence for the dates of stay. Closure of the resort at the time of the stay.
Closure of the borders of the client’s country and/or France at the dates of the stay.
Confinement / traffic restrictions / quarantine or fortnight in the city or country of origin of the client.
These restrictive measures must be in force the day before the client’s arrival.
For all other requests for cancellations, we will deal with them on a case-by-case basis.
